CRU is recruiting for a Facilitator – Inclusive Education

CRU is currently recruiting for a part-time Facilitator to join our Families for Inclusive Education team.

The role provides an opportunity to work as part of a small team to build the knowledge and skills of families of state school students in Queensland.

The project aims to help families develop advocacy skills, be more effective partners in their child’s education and pursue inclusive lives for their sons and daughters with disability. The project will deliver workshops, offer individual consultations, develop information resources, and contribute to building peer support networks. The Facilitator requires contemporary knowledge of inclusive education practice.

The position is for 45 hours per fortnight; based in South Brisbane and requires capacity to travel across Queensland. As the position is subject to government funding, it will be a fixed term contract until the end of 2024.
