Workshop series overview
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a new way of supporting people with a disability that will start to roll out in parts of the Central Queensland region which will include Longreach from 1st January 2018.
These two workshops provide information about the why, when and how of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Queensland, and things you can do now to get ready. This workshop will provides information about the NDIS and help people to think about how they can best use the opportunities offered by the new scheme.
The session originally scheduled for the evening of Tuesday 13th of December has been cancelled. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Who should attend?
This workshop is for people with a disability, family members, their close friends and allies who are interested in hearing about the NDIS and exploring what they can do to be ready for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
